Hit it farther and increase club head speed with this kettlebell workout for golf from Tampa Strength.

This workout uses kettlebells that will help the golfer develop power and consistency in their swing.

First exercise is the high hip hinge power jump.  This exercise will enable you to maintain posture through out your swing and help maximize your drives by increasing your power output.

The inverted push up will crush your core while the kettlebell halo will give you optimal shoulder mobility.

Reverse lunge to press will strengthen your legs while at the same time stretching those hip flexors.

Finally the kettlebell thruster will take your conditioning to the another level allowing you to finish strong on the course.
