Tampa Personal Training-chains and kettlebells

Changed it up and tried using chains and kettlebells in my last workout.  This workout is designed to build muscle while at the same time developing the stabilizers so you can keep making progress and build a bulletproof body.  First exercise is the incline chain press.  Same motion as an incline dumbell press-benefit is the chains are unstable forcing you to recruit more musculature to complete the lift.  The chain curl to press is a killer which builds tremendous grip, core, and shoulder strength.  Elevated push up using kettlebells burns the core while adding some serious muscle to your pecs.  The standing kettlebell chest press is a great finisher to challenge the core and add some strength to your chest.
