Youth Fitness and Mobility

This young athlete starts out his workout by demonstrating some our basic exercises for youth fitness and mobility.

He then moves to a walking plank which is a dynamic core exercise that is a staple in our programs.

Further challenging the core and dynamic stabilization, is the single arm kettlebell squat. This exercise is enhancing his core development and helps him learn proper squat mechanics.

The broad jump is a basic plyometric exercise which aids in teaching the athlete to absorb force. Watch closely and you will see he is sticking each jump which is teaching his body to absorb force. This is the foundation that he needs to be able to train and play sports injury free.

Enjoy the workout and if you have any questions or would like to contact us about training give us a call at 813 731 2901 0r email at Shawn@tampastrength.com.
