A regular exercise routine is important for everyone, but there are certain groups of individuals to which exercise is imperative. One of those groups is Moms.

What Moms Get From Exercise 

Moms who maintain a regular strength training program in addition to aerobic workouts preserve more muscle as they get older, burn calories more efficiently, reduce their risk of osteoporosis and decrease their risk of injury (healthline.com 2016).


It’s also been documented that Moms who exercise regularly inspire their children to be more physically active (cbsnews.com 2014).

Tampa Strength FIT MOMS Program

Unfortunately, due to obligations at home or at work, Moms have very little time to dedicate to exercise. That’s why the trainers at Tampa Strength are proud to announce that our FIT MOMS program will be starting January 2nd, 2018.

This 21-day program caters to Moms by offering

  • Initial goal setting session and consultation
  • Unlimited semi-private personal training sessions (subject to trainer availability)
  • Biweekly FIT MOMS group training classes
  • In-home workouts for those days you can’t make it to Tampa Strength
  • Nutrition information and counseling
