This circuit will help to develop lower body and core strength while also improving your conditioning. This circuit is short, sweet, and intense.
10 Kettlebell Swings
5 Burpee to Clean to Squat
30 seconds between rounds.This can be done as a finisher or as an entire workout unto in self. It is recommended that you have experience with kettlebells before trying this. Without proper technique these exercises could be harmful and counter productive. As with any training make sure that the weight is something that you can handle. Especially in a HIIT circuit where keeping proper technique can be challenging.
