Kettlebell Shred Basic Workout
This workout uses basic exercises such as the deadlift, squat and walking lunge.
To increase the intensity of each exercise two kettlebells are used.
For the squat and lunge, the kettlebells are held in the rack position This helps recruit more muscle and burn insane amounts of fat.
The workout is finished with an exercise called the sprawl. This exercise looks similar to the burpee but it is far different than your traditional burpee.
The initial descent you drop into a low squat then kick your legs out to the plank position. From there rise slowly keeping your chest proud. This will allow you to get your heart rate up while at the same time working on mobility and eventually getting yourself into a deeper squat. Try four rounds of each exercise with minimal rest between exercises. Enjoy the workout!
